the challenge
Preparing comprehensive requirements and prototypes manually took approximately one week per initiative, while critical e-commerce flows required clear ownership.
what i built & owned
Built an AI-assisted Product Operations workspace (reducing BRD creation from ~one week to one day or less). Owned requirements for a Ticketing Services dashboard (C-level approved), defined checkout coupon and delivery address flows, and coordinated the September 2026 app revamp release.

Complex airline tariff structures, manual refund processing, and calculation discrepancies under Indonesian aviation regulation PM 185 tahun 2015.
what i built & owned
Owned a modified inventory ticket product (~IDR 10Bn net revenue in 3 months), led tax and commission calculation engine improving accuracy from 87.97% to 94.24%, doubled RPA closing automation (16.76% to 34.38%), and improved CAT 16 fare rule interpretation.
