product operations workspace & core e-commerce capabilities
the operational reality
Operating product management across a large omnichannel retail platform requires rapid requirement turnaround, concrete verification, and reliable cross-team execution. In my role at MAPCLUB, I built an AI-assisted Product Operations workspace myself to cut requirement preparation times, owned business requirements for core enterprise capabilities like Ticketing Services and checkout flows, and coordinated the mobile app revamp through its September 2026 release.
the bottleneck: 1-week turnaround
Drafting comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), system flowcharts, and interactive prototypes manually took approximately one week per initiative.
what i built: workspace ownership & results
Built an AI-assisted Product Operations workspace myself that turns a single prompt into a structured business requirements document (BRD), process diagram, and interactive prototype. Stated result: reduced BRD preparation time from approximately one week to one day or less.
human judgment & verification workflow
The workflow begins from a single prompt but relies on explicit clarification steps, edge-case review, and human evaluation. AI assists drafting; product judgment verifies scope boundaries, business logic, and acceptance criteria before engineering handoff.
access & data safeguards
Set up access and data safeguards in the workspace from the start, covering both prototypes and documents.
ticketing services dashboard
Owned requirements for a Ticketing Services dashboard covering campaign requests, delivery execution, and partner invoicing. Translated complex cross-departmental operations into actionable specifications, securing C-level approval for the proposed solution.
checkout coupon application & delivery addresses
Defined improvements to coupon application at checkout and delivery-address entry, translating customer problems into clear requirements and testable prototypes.
mapclub app revamp coordination
Entrusted as the Product team's main point of contact for the MAPCLUB app revamp during probation. Coordinated testing, issue resolution, and payment checks across functional teams through the September 2026 release.
specification rigor & acceptance sign-offs
Standardized business requirements document (BRD) structures and Berita Acara Acceptance (BAC) sign-offs, coordinating edge-case review and payment testing across engineering teams.
